Suleiman Sweilem
Suleiman Sweilem is a scientist at BTEC. He is a cell culture and gene therapy lab manager and teaches upstream bioprocess labs to NC State students and professionals. Before joining BTEC, he was in large-scale purification at Biogen and quality control at Pfizer/Rocky Mount. At BTEC, Suleiman gained good experience in cell culture and fermentation. Suleiman earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Food Technology from the University of Jordan and a master’s in industrial system engineering from North Carolina State University.
