Crystal Collazo
Crystal Collazo, M.S., is a scientist in the Fermentation and Cell Line Development team at BTEC, where she serves as a laboratory instructor for both academic and industry upstream biomanufacturing courses. Her expertise encompasses microbial fermentation, process development, and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
Prior to joining BTEC, Crystal spent 8 years at a medical device company gaining experience in document control and clinical studies. She also worked for FUJIFILM Diosynth as an associate scientist and project execution lead in upstream microbial process development. Crystal received her B.S. in Biology and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering at Florida Atlantic University.
