Quality

BTEC quality policy

BTEC delivers education and training to develop skilled professionals for the biomanufacturing industry and provides bioprocess and analytical services to customers from academia and industry. Both endeavors contribute to the social and economic well-being of the industry and the state of North Carolina. 

Quality is one of BTEC’s core values, and we take it seriously. Each individual working at BTEC is responsible for quality. Senior management is accountable to all stakeholders—including industry, students, the university, economic development groups, and state and federal government—for assuring quality.

The Quality Leadership Team, made up of members of BTEC management, oversees our quality management system and focuses on continuous improvement. It is responsible for maintaining and communicating the quality policy, quality objectives, and key performance indicators to BTEC employees and stakeholders.
