For the fifth consecutive year, faculty and staff at BTEC are preparing to welcome the largest number of students ever to enroll in its fall semester classes. As of mid-August, undergraduate courses have an enrollment of 354, while graduate courses have peaked at 161. The total enrollment of 515 is a 9.5% increase from the 2022 fall term.

“BTEC's dedication to equipping students with industry-relevant skills while providing personalized academic and career support has attracted a record number of students to our academic programs,” says Pa Nhia Moore, BTEC’s manager of Student Programs.

This fall, 11 new students join BTEC’s master’s program, which welcomes both full- and part-time students. Master’s enrollment now totals 28, and one new student joins 10 others working toward graduate certificates. Among undergraduates, 196 students are pursuing BTEC’s minor in biomanfacturing, while three students are seeking an undergraduate certificate.

BTEC’s undergraduate and graduate programs offer hands-on, industry-focused curricula that provide students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to make a significant impact on the job immediately after graduation. Visit BTEC’s academic programs and scholarships to learn more.
