Through Attune™, Oerth Bio's proprietary R&D platform, they are harnessing the natural ubiquitin proteasome system (UPS) to modulate protein levels to illicit a phenotypic effect. Attune is targeting, modulating, and tuning the UPS system across plants, insects, and fungi for specific outcomes to help crops thrive in the face of disease, pest, and climate pressures. Attune integrates three key pillars to develop precise, tunable, agricultural solutions: Ligase selection & Ligand Identification, Rapid PROTAC Design, and Agricultural validation. Their robust library of E3 ligases, linkers, and ligands enables them to conduct virtual and high-throughput screening of target proteins from specific plants and pests.
