Leadership and Preparation for Industry Internship in Biomanufacturing

Course Description

This course provides targeted leadership and professional development instruction specifically tailored to biomanufacturing and the biopharmaceutical industry. Lectures provide students with parameters to write professional and technical resumes, map and expand their professional network, successfully interview, and understand the role of leadership and communications in the biopharmaceutical field. Students also gain knowledge of change management in a biopharmaceutical setting and how to incorporate aspects of emotional intelligence into their career. This course is restricted to students with graduate standing.
