Published December 8, 2020

BTEC, the Biomanufacturing Training and Education Center at NC State University, is seeking applicants to fill three openings for Biomanufacturing Training Associates (BTAs). These are full-time, professional staff (non-faculty) positions.

Posting PG190703EP seeks two BTAs to support activities associated with AIM-Bio, the Accelerated Innovation in Manufacturing Biologics program, a multi-year, multi-million dollar project funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation. One position will focus on development of cutting-edge industry training courses in upstream and downstream bioprocessing of bacterial and cell culture fermentations. The other requires hands-on experience with lyophilization/spray drying cycle development, biophysical characterization of proteins, and/or analytical assays for final biopharmaceutical product characterization.
