New Online Course: Biomanufacturing for Chemical Engineers

BTEC has partnered with the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) to offer a new online course entitled “Biomanufacturing for Chemical Engineers”. The self-paced, on-demand course illustrates the unit operations utilized in the manufacture of biological drug products. It addresses product types, maintenance of cell lines, and the optimization of cell growth and product expression in bioreactors. Students completing the course earn 0.7 Continuing Education Units and 7.0 Professional Development Hours that help fulfill license requirements for professional engineers. For more information, visit:
