Dr. John H. van Zanten is currently a Lecturer with BTEC, responsible for the introductory recovery & purification course and is currently developing QC/analytical and liquid/lyophilized formulation courses.

Dr. van Zanten has more than 20 years of experience in colloidal and macromolecular physical chemistry, biophysics and particle sizing in both national laboratories and academic institutions and has led research efforts in liposome formulation, nonviral gene delivery assembly and protein aggregation.
